4. Prices and Taxes

Unless expressly stated otherwise, the final price to be paid will be presented before the order is completed and will include legally due taxes, as well as shipping costs and other applicable charges that may be calculated at that stage.
Prices and commercial conditions may be changed, but changes do not affect orders already confirmed, without prejudice to manifest errors or other legally foreseen situations.

5. Orders

6. Sale of fabrics by the meter
Fabrics are sold in the units of measurement and quantities indicated on the respective product page.
The customer is responsible for selecting the quantity needed for their project, considering the intended use, patterns, seam allowances, and other garment-making needs.
Fabrics can be cut from the roll according to the ordered meterage.
When items are identified as genuinely customized or made according to individual customer specifications, legal exceptions to the right of withdrawal may apply, provided the respective requirements are met and the legally required information has been provided.
Simply cutting a standard fabric to the chosen meterage does not automatically exclude the consumer's legal rights.
7. Payments
The available payment methods are those shown in the store at the time of purchase.
Payments are processed through the means and service providers made available at checkout.
The order may be suspended until payment confirmation, where applicable.
For sales to professionals, any deferred payment terms, trade credit, or other special agreements are subject to written approval and confirmation from Lemon Luxury Textiles.
8. Shipping and Delivery
Orders are dispatched to the destinations available in the store.
Shipping and delivery times shown are indicative, unless a binding deadline has been expressly agreed upon or the law dictates otherwise.
Shipping costs will be presented before the purchase is finalized, whenever they can be calculated at that stage.

The availability of samples does not guarantee the future availability of a specific yardage or batch of fabric.
Commercial proposals may indicate validity periods, minimum quantities, payment terms, and other specific conditions.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, a proposal does not constitute a guarantee of stock reservation.
12. Intellectual Property
